Amanda brings over 35 years of professional training and client experience to her massage practice, with a deeply intuitive and holistic approach to bodywork.
As a Practitioner of Bodymind Integration, she works with the whole person — body, breath, and emotions — helping clients discover what will bring the greatest sense of relief, balance, and connection within themselves.
Her training includes Practitioner-level studies at the International School for Bodymind Integration, deep tissue and relaxation massage, Anatomy & Physiology, Reiki Level II, and certification as a Licensed Nia Teacher.
Her background in Reiki and somatic movement brings an additional layer of presence, body awareness, and nervous system relaxation to her treatments, supporting clients to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease within themselves.
Amanda specialises in deep tissue, nurturing and intuitive bodywork, combining therapeutic technique with genuine care and sensitivity to the body in her hands.
She values the warm human connection that comes through this work and considers it a privilege to support people in this way.
