Eppie - Massage Therapist
Eppie qualified as a massage therapist in 2007, graduating with a BSC Degree in Integrated health and holistic therapies from Northumbria University, UK. Her degree was full time over three years giving her a great depth of knowledge and many dimensions to her practice.
Eppie believes deeply in the power of touch and the essential role it plays in our wellbeing.
It is her belief that our bodies hold stress, emotion, physical and mental pain, which can be healed through touch therapy.
She uses a combination of breath work, therepeutic massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Indian head massage, relaxation massage, acupressure, myofascial release and gentle joint mobilisation in her sessions.
Eppie aims to create a safe space, in which you can feel comfortable to let go of anything you need to in her sessions.
Her massage style is intuitive, connecting and nurturing.
